Founder and Principal Consultant
Amanda Cheung brings over eight years of experience in ESG, sustainability and corporate governance advisory, with close working relationships across Hong Kong listed companies, private corporations and professional firms. She has led ESG reporting, corporate governance and internal control assessments for listed and IPO companies in Hong Kong and mainland China, and holds recognised qualifications including the Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Consultant (CSEDS) designation.
As a founder-led practice, every engagement is led directly by Amanda, with no handoff to junior staff you haven't met.
Every mandate, from ESG reporting to internal control review, board evaluation or corporate translation, follows the same disciplined sequence: from scoping through to final delivery.
Stage 01
We begin by confirming the scope of work, applicable regulatory or reporting requirements, project timeline and the internal stakeholders responsible on your side.
Stage 02
We gather the information that shapes the engagement, through structured questionnaires, interviews or management discussions, depending on the nature of the assignment.
Stage 03
We collect, verify and review the relevant data, documentation or materials, applying the appropriate methodology for your service, whether that is ESG data, internal control testing or valuation inputs.
Stage 04
We prepare the deliverable, whether a report, assessment or translated document, and support management or board level review before it is finalised.
Stage 05
We complete final quality checks, support delivery or publication, and provide practical recommendations to help you carry the work forward.
These principles guide every stage of the process above, not a phase on their own.
You work directly with senior consultants from start to finish, with no hand offs to junior staff or outsourced writers along the way.
Every deliverable is prepared in professional, publication ready Chinese and English as standard, not offered as an optional add on.
Client data, board materials and financial information are handled under strict confidentiality protocols at every stage of the engagement.
We agree clear timelines upfront, particularly around peak reporting season, so you always know what to expect and when to expect it.
Indicative durations and recommended start windows for our core services. Timelines are calculated relative to your company's fiscal year end, not the calendar year, since reporting cycles vary across businesses.
| Service | Typical Duration | Best Time to Start |
|---|---|---|
| ESG/Climate Readiness Scan | 2–3 weeks | Anytime |
| Annual ESG Report | 6–10 weeks (from data confirmation) | 2–3 months before your fiscal year-end |

| Board Performance Review | 4–6 weeks | Anytime (biennial cycle) |
| Internal Control Review | 4–8 weeks | 2-4 months before your fiscal year-end |
